The showhome at the Villas on the Green, at Woodgate in Pease Pottage, has won the top prize in the Best Out of London Home category at the prestigious Evening Standard New Homes Awards 2022.
This annual competition celebrates the best new homes in London and the South East. In the competitive Best Out of London Home category, Thakeham took the prize among larger housebuilders for its delivery of an outstanding, remarkably designed family house outside of the capital.
