THE HBF NATIONAL NEW HOMES CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY
The HBF (Home Builders Federation) National New Homes customer satisfaction survey was launched in 2005 and is regarded as the most prestigious in the industry.
The survey is designed to provide home buyers with information about home builders to help guide their purchasing decision and to encourage excellent levels of service to be delivered by home builders.
The survey covers everything from snagging to handover experience; including the likelihood of recommendation of their homebui to a friend. A five-star rating requires a score of 90% or above.

All our new home purchasers between October 2018 to September 2019 were invited to submit answers about their experience.
