How can Assisted Move help you?

Assisted Move is available on selected plots across our portfolio.

As soon as you’ve paid the holding reservation fee on your new home, we will take your chosen home off the market.

We will be in regular contact with both you and your estate agent. We want you to enjoy your homebuying experience with us and we will be on hand to answer any questions you may have during the process. If you choose to use Assisted Move, we will save you up to £5000 in agents’ fees.
